He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Zilembo and Mary Zilembo (Notormasso); his siblings, Nicholas, Thomas, Johnny and Lucy; and his son Raymond Zilembo.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet E. Zilembo (Butler); his children, Richard P. Zilembo of Marlborough, Charles A. Zilembo of Worcester, Mark J. Zilembo (Pam) of Wayland, Tina M. Thebado (Kris) of Marlborough and Linda M. Lee (Willard) of Groton; his brother Michael Zilembo of Hopkinton; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Nicholas), Nicole (Felipe), Anthony (Amy), James, Jacob, Juliana, Chloe, Francesca and Raymond; and his great grandchildren, Camila, Carmine, Sydney, Dominic, Averey and Payton. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
