She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Rokes, (Elmore) and George Rokes, Sr.; her husband Richard Penna, Sr.; and her son Douglas Penna. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Penna, Jr. (Michele) of Marlborough, NH and Jay Penna of Manchester, NH. She is also survived by two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to be made in Alicia E. Penna's name to a charity of one's choice.
