He was predeceased by: his son William P. Salem Jr.; and his parents, Paul Sr. and Ruth Salem Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher, Joshua and Ike; and his siblings, Paul (Kip), Mary, Dave, Dan and Christine. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
