He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gage and Thelma Gage (Nelson); and his brother Gary T. Gage. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Gage (Cotnoir) of Dunbarton; his sons, David Gage of Contoocook, Kenneth R. Gage of Eagle River, AK and Stephen M. Gage of Dunbarton; and his grandchildren, Tyler S. Gage of Manchester and Brianna M. Gage of Henniker.
