He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. and Mary E. Thomas (Bailey); his wife Lois G. Thomas (Williams); and his siblings, Otis Thomas, Harold Thomas, Evie D. Collier and Earlee Paten (Thomas).
He is survived by: his children, Marian I. Thomas of California, William H. Thomas of California, Gloria A. Prosper (Martial) of Manchester, Robert A. Thomas (Angel) of Virginia and Stanley D. Thomas of Manchester; and his grandchildren, Jabari Lewis, Eboni Lewis, Isiah Prosper, Tarik Lewis and Terrence Thomas. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
