He was predeceased by: his parent Bertram Foote; his wife Doris Foote (Collins); his daughter Joyce O'Connell; and his son-in-law John Wisniewski. He is survived by: his parent Mabel Foote (Pendergrace); his children, David Foote (Laura) of Concord, Donna L. Foote (Jean Gagnon) of Chester and Karen Wisniewski of Manchester; his grandchildren, Joseph Foote, Brooke Wisniewski and Joshua Foote; and his siblings, Donald Foote of Boscawen, Marilyn Sherlund and Nancy Roller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
