Vasile Carstean Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2025, at the age of 71, Vasile Carstean of Manchester, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Vasile may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vasile touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vasile Ioan and Irina Carstean; his significant other Lucica Pop of Manchester, NH; his son Peter Carstean of Manchester, NH; his stepchildren, Roxana Scarpino of Merrimack County and Ciprian Susca of Belknap County; and his siblings, Aurel Carstean and Eniko Ciobanu.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Phaneuf, funeral Homes and Crematorium (243 Hanover St, Manchester, NH 03104).
