He is survived by: his children, Tyanna (Schlom), Blaschak (Michael) of Susanville, Taylor Schlom (Athena), Joey Lister of Manchester, Emily Dionne of Manchester and Brett Dionne of Manchester. He is also survived by his two daughters and five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
