He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Wilber Shelley and Martha Gertrude Shelley (Bucher); his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Shelley (Lynch); and his children, Shane Shelley (Missy), Dustin Shelley (Krissy) and Jennifer Shelley-Lambert. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
