It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny E. Morel (Manchester, New Hampshire), born in Berlin, New Hampshire, who passed away on September 14, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Therberge and Mary Therberge (Migetz); and her sister Bonnie York. She is survived by: her spouse Fred C. Duncan of Manchester; her daughters, Jessica L. Moya (Jay) of Manchester and Kelly M. Regan (Kevin) of Grey; her grandchildren, Logan M. Regan, Alexis L. Meyers and Allina M. Moya; and her siblings, Wendy Haskell (Dennis) of Manchester and Terry Theberge of Pembroke.
