He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Houle and Blanche Houle (Cloutier); and his siblings, Alice Houle, Bertrand Houle and Pauline Labarre.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Houle (Raymond) of Manchester; his children, Lisa M. Houle of Manchester, Michael Houle of Manchester and Janet Winn of Manchester; and his grandson Dominick J. Winn of Manchester. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
