She was predeceased by: her sisters, Peggy Guarnera, Margaret Cox and Shirley Donaruma. She is survived by: her parents, Charles H. and Margaret M. Heath (Ferguson); her husband Richard Bergeron; her children, Richard "Scotty" Bergeron, John Bergeron, Danny Bergeron and Jami Bergeron-Ritchotte (Bill) of Manchester; her grandchildren, Heather Gagnon, Justin Bergeron, Jacob Bergeron and Jocelyn Bergeron; her sisters, Joan Calciano, Nancy Jones and Alice Heath; and also Navy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Pat's name be made to The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, 401 Cypress St. Manchester, NH 03103.
