Sanford; his sister Michele A. Welch (Glenn) of Belmont, NH; his son Zachary Girard; his former wife Cynthia Sanford (Hill) of Manchester, NH; and also, Kelly Welch of Keene, NH and Katelyn Welch of Bedford, NH.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
