He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Czaja of Manchester; his mother Joyce Czaja of Manchester; his children, Dave Czaja (Tiffany) of Manchester and Nicole Rosario (Kelvin) of Manchester; his siblings, Cathy Moody (Patrick) of Illinois and Dan Czaja (Darleen) of Litchfield; and his grandchildren, Jaylynne, Julian, Jocelin, Tenley, Juniel and Remi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brother and sister in laws, extended family members and friends.
