He was predeceased by: his mother Annette; and his sister Susan D. Phippard. He is survived by: his daughter Koallie Adams of Milford; his grandchildren, Devyn and Christian; his father George F. Phippard of Lakeville, MA; and his siblings, Kathleen Andrews (Tim) of Lakeville, MA and Timothy Phippard (Elizabeth) of Kersey, CO.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
