We bid farewell to Joanne R. Mahoney of Manchester, New Hampshire, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 4, 2024 at the age of 76. Joanne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry and Yvonne; and her granddaughter Brook F. Hudson. She is survived by: her husband Scott Mahoney of Manchester, NH; her son Geoff Hudson; her grandchildren, Jack Hudson and Abigail Hudson; her siblings, Richard Gauthier, Michael Gauthier, Therese Clang, Pauline Harden, Anita Paris Wilson and Louise Gryval; and her close friend Cindy Wlodyka.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium - Hanover (243 Hanover St, Manchester, NH 03104). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Marie Church (378 Notre Dame Ave, Manchester, NH 03102). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (448 Donald St, Bedford, NH 03110).
Committal prayers and interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, 448 Donald Street, in Bedford, NH, It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hospice VNA of Manchester, NH, in memory of Joanne Mahoney.
