He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Slack and Patricia Slack (Dumont); and his siblings, Nancy Harmon, Kathy McIntire, Sidney "Joe" Slack and Deborah Etienne.
He is survived by: his wife Jenifer Slack (Johnson) of Manchester; his children, Susan Field (Jason) of Auburn, Kelly Seichepine (Daniel) of Londonderry and James Slack (Stephanie) of Nevada; his stepson Casey Jones of Raymond; his siblings, Carol Jones of New Jersey, Susan Schaub (Marc) of Minnesota, Sharon Lyndsly of Washington, Eric Slack of New Jersey and Bruce Slack of Manchester; and his grandchildren, Emily, Ian Field, Sophia, Becca, Danny Seichepine, Quintyn and Tennyson Slack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium - Hanover (243 Hanover St, Manchester, NH 03104).
