He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Sullivan (Bates); his wife Carol Ann; and his brother James Sullivan. He is survived by: his sister Patricia L. MacFarlane; his daughters, Denise Sullivan of Manchester and Debra Dunham (Arthur) of Quincy, MA; and his grandson Martin Dunham.
