He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Bell and Theresa Bell (Mooney); his wife Lillian Bell (Chalifour); his sons, Derek, Bradley and Gary Bell; and his siblings, Ernest Bell (Skipp), Frank Bell, LeeAnne Bell and Jane Langley. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family.
