The passing of Constance G. Hebert (Manchester, New Hampshire), born in Somersworth, New Hampshire leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 1, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reina Bernier, (Laliberte) and Arthur Bernier, Sr.; her husband Louis Hébert; and her brother Arthur Bernier, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Raymond Bernier; her daughter Nicole Pennell (Hébert); her son-in-law Paul Pennell; and her grandson Alexandre Pennell.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home (110 Bridge St, Manchester, NH 03101). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (207 Hemlock St, Manchester, NH 03104).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.

“Connie was a real inspiration to me personally as she was so engaged in life on every level. On site at St. Catherine Parish, Connie was the person who stepped up to organizing greeters at every mass as a Parish ministry. She served in this ministry herself smiling her way into the hearts of all who met her at the door as they came and went to 4 o'clock Saturday mass. Connie's gift connected people in a positive way that exemplified what it means to be in communion with others.”
