He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Mazeika. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Jennifer Manning (Graham) and Julie DiNicola (Tim); his grandchildren, Ryan, Lillian Manning, Miles and Annie DiNicola; and his brother Peter Mazeika (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-and sisters-in-law, cousins, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Elliot Hospital NICU, an organization close to Chet's heart, as he credited them with saving his premature grandson, Ryan.
