She is survived by: her children, Gary Cook, Jr. (Diane White), Michael Cook and Susan Tanksley (Richard); her grandchildren, Jason Elliott, Sara Cook, Jesse Cook, Brad and Billy White; and her great grandchildren, Kayley, Kaylee, Milo and Tonya. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
