She was predeceased by: her husband Collin Wesley Scarborough; and her brother-in-law Richard Holmes Scarborough. She is survived by: her parents, Captain Roland Henry Baker Sr. and Dorothy Cleveland Baker; her sister-in-law Patricia Scarborough of Exeter, N. H.; her daughter Robin Palomares; her son-in-law Carlos Palomares of Miami; her children, Gail Scarborough of Bluffton, S. C. and David Scarborough; and her daughter-in-law Tracy Scarborough of Hood River. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; 3 nieces.

Ann Cleveland Baker Scarborough of Silver Lake, N.H., and Hilton Head, S.C., died peacefully after a long journey with Alzheimers disease on February 22, 2018, at her home in Hilton Head, in the loving company of her three children.
