Casey III of Manchester, NH; and his parents-in-law, Nancy Demers of Amherst, NH, John Parker of Merrimack, NH, Martha Bergstrom of Nashua, NH and Betty Lowe of Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
