He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida V. Small (Young) and Ralph D. Small; his wife Alice Small; his sister Jean Hoag; and his niece Kathleen Hoag.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Small, Eugene Small and Wesley Small; his nephew Dennis Hoag (Diane); and his nieces, Colleen Laviolette (Leo) and Noreen Reu. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
