He is survived by: his parents, Keith Mazzarella and Valerie Mazzarella; his siblings, Melanie and Corey Mazzarella; his nieces and nephews, Cait, Connor, Graelen, Abram, Anna and Ella; his fiancée Jill Zborovancik; the mother of his children Emily Shipman; and his son Max Mazzarella.
