He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernand Steger and Yvonne Steger (Dandois); and his brother Michel Steger. He is survived by: his wife Edwige Steger (Richebé); his children, Patrick Steger (Kimberley Derry Steger) and Claire Steger; and his grandchildren, Kullen, Sydney and Isabelle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
