He is survived by: his parents, William Edward and Catherine Lievens (Mills); his significant other Bonnie Hunter of Chester, NH; his daughter Chelsea; and his siblings, Robert (Deborah) of Londonderry, Susan Lievens of Bradford, MA and Catherine Lievens Gallagher of Monrovia, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
