He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward W. Tiner and Ann Tiner (Sherry); his former wife Carolyn Letizio; his wife Carol; his children, Wade (Kathryn Tiner) of Hampstead, NH, Michael (Elizabeth Tiner) of Atkinson, NH, Kevin (Monica Tiner) of Hampstead, NH and Sharon Graziani (Vincent) of Portsmouth, NH; his grandchildren, Jason (Jamie), Eric, Andrew (Jaclyn), Erika (James), Lauren, Arielle (Michael), Nicolette (Daniel), Daniel (Jacqueline), Jillian, Sarah (Charles), Melissa (Matthew) and Mark (Tammy); his great grandchildren, Brooke, Raegan, Eva, Sam, Kendall, Weston and Josephine; and his close friend Ann. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the latest COVID-19 restrictions, Richard's family will celebrate his life with a private ceremony.
