He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Thompson and Christina Thompson (Grandy); his siblings, Robert G. Thompson and Lois Souza; and his nephew Roy Kurra.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Thompson (Moher) of Londonderry; his son Richard B. Jr. (Nicole Thompson) of Concord, NC; his granddaughters, Hanna, Alyssa and Natiley Thompson; his nephew Matthew Thompson of Spencer, MA; and his nieces, Cheryl Foley of Mont Vernon, NH and Lynn Thompson of Plum Island, MA.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Episcopal Church (3 Peabody Row, Londonderry, NH 03053). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his honor to St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 3 Peabody Row, Londonderry, NH 03053.
