He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R., Sr. and Pauline Van Scoten (Carpenter); his wife Joanne K. Van Scoten (Knight); and his sister Arlene Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Paul R. Van Scoten III of Manchester, NH, Pamela Martel of Merrimack, NH and Kerry L. Devore of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
