He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Owens and Alice Owens (Copley); and his wife Eileen Owens (Barry). He is survived by: his children, Kelly Owens Broderick (James), Kerry Desrosiers, Tara Owens and Timmy Owens. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great grandson.
