He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis F Sr. O'Brien and Emmy O'Brien (Andersen); and his wife Phyllis O'Brien (Critchett). He is survived by: his children, Pamela O'Brien of Londonderry and Darren (Doreen O'Brien) of Londonderry; his grandchildren, Ashley (Shawn Carrier) of Londonderry, Alanna (Lawrence Yassanye) of Chester, Amanda (Bo Butler) of Londonderry and Zachary O'Brien; and his great grandchildren, Emma Carrier, Wyatt, Samuel Yassanye, Summer, Sawyer, Saylor and Sullivan Butler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family requests that anyone who has not received the COVID-19 vaccine please wear a mask while attending the services.
