He was predeceased by: his parents, Karsten Berge and Lena Berge. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Berge (Larson); his children, Steve Berge, Mark Berge and Sue Westfall; and his sister Myrna Hanisch. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
