“Dear Mc Court family, I was so sorry to hear of your mother’s death today as Danny Cote told me. I always remember her smile and caring attitude towards me. She seemed to have a genuine ability to make one feel listened to. I will never forget swimming by the dock as she perched herself reading, chatting amiably. Those were amazing days in our lives as kids. I sit on my dock now with my book, but can easily conjure the memory of Pleasant Lake and our friendship. With Love, Tere Bowen-Irish”
