He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Machado and Mary Machado (Carvalho); his wife Veronica Machado (Young); and his sister June Amaral (Machado). He is survived by: his daughter Stefanie Ann Smith (Robert Smith) of Londonderry; his grandson Taylor John Smith of Londonderry; his stepgrandchildren, Jeffrey Pepe of Hudson, NH and Jordyn Curcio (Smith); and his sister Lorraine Austin (Machado) of Eureka, SD.
