Chabak (Londonderry, New Hampshire), born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 9, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chabak and Jean Chabak (Ehl); and his brother-in-law David Freedman. He is survived by: his wife Abbey; his sons, Michael, Daniel and Steven; his sister-in-law Carol Bertoldi Freedman; his niece Laurie Freedman; and his nephew Andrew Freedman. He is also survived by several close friends and cousins.
