Packard (Londonderry, New Hampshire), born in Manchester, New Hampshire, who passed away on September 16, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Blasik. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Blasik (Peterson); her husband Sherman Packard; her daughter Tracy Jones (Stuart); and her grandchildren, Derek Jones, Chad Jones and Tasha Jones. She is also survived by sisters-in law and brothers-in-law, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
