She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Walchak and Julia Walchak (Wachus); and her brother Nicholas Walchack. She is survived by: her children, Frank A. Jackes (Meredith) and Lisa Boyon (Lou) of Londonderry, NH.; her grandchildren, Sarah, Meghan Jackes, Paige and Matthew Boyon; her sister Alice Di Elmo of Maplewood, NJ; and her brother-in-law Richard Jackes (Kathy) of Blairstown, NJ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
