He was predeceased by: his brother William Bazydlo. He is survived by: his wife Christine Bazydlo; his children, Daryl Bazydlo and Lisa Goulding; and his siblings, Jack Bazydlo and Kip Carson Bazydlo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
