He is survived by: his wife Diane Swinarski (Chapman) of Londonderry; his sons, Frank "Jay" Swinarski, Jr. (Elaine) of Manchester, NH, Steven Swinarski (Janet Boisseau) of Derry, NH and Joel Swinarski (Laramie); his grandchildren, Sebastian Boisseau, Samantha Swinarski, Landon Swinarski, Lyric Swinarski and Elora Swinarski; his great grandchild Freya Champeau; his siblings, Walter Swinarski (Candi) of Phoenix, AZ and Wanda Toms (Dean) of Glendale, AZ; and his nephews, Michael and Aaron.
