She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Tatarcuzk and Marguerite "Peggy" Tatarcuzk (Latham); and her sister Judith Whitney. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Polhemus of Londonderry; her children, Cheryl Booth (Chuck) of Bradford, NH, Brian Miller of Townsend, MA, Lisa Krebs (Beau) of Bedford, NH and Jason Allen (Nicole) of Londonderry; her grandchildren, Avenley, Olivia, Casey, Derek, Lauren, Meghan and Hunter; her sister Sharon Tanguay (James) of Florida; her niece Dominique; and her great-nephews, Logan and Liam.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice to benefit Diabetes Research.
