She was predeceased by: her parents, William Church and Edith McCullough; and her sisters, Edith Flickenger and Norma Dubey. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Green and Darla Scali of Londonderry; and her brothers, Gerald Church of Ohio and William Church Jr. of Howland, OH.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
