He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard T. Sr. Ellard and Doris L. Ellard (Moreschi); and his brother Richard T. Ellard III. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Ellard (Ciano) of Londonderry, NH; his children, Jennifer Dunne of Londonderry, NH, Charles Ellard III of Londonderry, NH, Adam Ellard (Kendall) of North Andover, MA, Brandon Ellard (Megan Johnson) of Stoneham, MA and Karissa Ellard of Manchester, NH; his sisters, Diane Sclafani (Anthony) of Everett, MA and Janeen Ellard Scott (Ronald) of Londonderry, NH; and his grandchildren, Emma, Nick, Ayla, Kaylee, Lillianne, Joey, BriaLynn and Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home (38 Range Rd, Windham, NH 03087). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
