She was predeceased by: her parents, William Boles and Beatrice Boles (Proctor); her husband David Shanteler; and her son Jeff Wells. She is survived by: her children, Edwin Wells, Douglas Wells and Janey Plourde; her sisters, Judith Boles Starns, Gail Boles Gorham and Linda Boles Dupere; and her stepchildren, Christopher, Judy Shanteler and Ed Fernandez (Karen Shanteler-Fernandez). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
