Perrotti (Hayes); his children, James R. Perotti of Naples, FL and Kathleen M. Desciscio of Beverly, MA; his grandchildren, Christina, Robert (Allyssa), Patrick (Melissa), Eileen, Rose, Carmen Ann, Steven, Ryan and Kevin; his great grandchildren, Adriana, Vincent, Salvador and Briella; and his brother Ted Perrotti (Barbara) of Melrose, MA. He is also survived by his three nephews and one niece.
