He was predeceased by: his mother Hope H. Crutcher (Hallberg); and also, Peter and Margo Asack. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Crutcher (Asack); his children, Christopher Crutcher (Kaitlyn Denzer), Alexander Crutcher and Daniele Crutcher Gentile (Alan); his father William C. Crutcher of Middlebury, CT; his sisters, Elizabeth Crutcher and Ann Cunningham (Tom); and his nieces, Kate and Sara.
