He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wozniak and Antonetta Wozniak (Vitale). He is survived by: his siblings, Annette Sumowski (Thomas) of Rockaway, NJ, Bridget Forziati (Richard) of Saugus, Maria Derby (Louis) of Manchester, NH and Gussie Saitta (Joseph) of Manchester, NH.; his nieces and nephews, Jason Sumowski, Renee Forziati-McGrath, Maria Keefe, Christopher Derby, Louis Derby Jr., Richard Derby and Marina Saitta; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Owen, Emerson Keefe, Michael, Reese and Quinn Derby. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
