He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Mack and Grace Mack (Pillsbury); his wife Sandra Mack (Senter); his daughter Jennifer; and his siblings, Wallace P Mack III and Dixie P Mack.
He is survived by: his sons, Andrew C. Mack Jr. (Carol), Timothy W. Mack (Patricia) and Jonathan R. Mack (Angel Leyva). He is also survived by two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
