He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Hyde Dustin and Grant Dustin; and his siblings, Kenneth and Virginia Keyser (Elsie). He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his sister Helen Philips; his children, Diane Itasaka, Carol Nadeau (Robert Nadeau), Alan K. Dustin and Sandra Dustin (Chris O'Connor); his daughter-in-law Hako Itasaka; and his grandchildren, Alexandria Itasaka, Kenji Dustin, Masami Dustin and Kiyoshi Dustin.
